Because of the nature of digital services, all membership fees are non-refundable.

2. No Guarantees

Membership fees grant access to our platform and features, but AIS Warehouse does not guarantee:

  • Employment placement
  • Admission to educational institutions
  • Visa or immigration approval
  • Response times from employers or professionals

Refunds cannot be issued based on these outcomes.

3. Automatic Renewals

Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are also non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund of past payments.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
