Welcome to AIS Warehouse LLC (“AIS Warehouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using AIS Warehouse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. About AIS Warehouse LLC

AIS Warehouse LLC provides:

  • International job recruitment support
  • Student placement and study-abroad guidance
  • Referral connections to licensed immigration service providers
  • Educational resources and membership-based tools

AIS Warehouse LLC does not provide immigration consulting or legal services. All immigration referrals are directed to licensed and government-authorized professionals.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old; and
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Membership & Payments

Some Services require an active paid membership (annual subscription). By purchasing a membership, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information;
  • Allow us to charge the provided payment method for recurring annual fees unless cancelled; and
  • Understand that membership access is non-transferable.

3.1 No Guarantees

Membership fees provide access to tools, resources, listings, and referral connections. AIS Warehouse cannot guarantee job placement, program acceptance, visa issuance, or immigration outcomes.

3.2 Renewals and Cancellations

Memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3.3 Partner Fees (Employers, Educational Institutions, and Immigration Professionals)

AIS Warehouse LLC may charge employers, educational institutions, training centers, and licensed immigration professionals for certain services, including but not limited to:

  • Job posting or listing fees
  • Access to candidate databases
  • Featured or premium visibility placements
  • Student placement services
  • Referral fees
  • Partnership or advertising packages

All partner-related fees are separate from user membership fees and are billed according to the agreement or plan selected by the partner.

Fees paid by employers, institutions, and immigration professionals are non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

AIS Warehouse does not guarantee hiring results, student enrollment, or client acquisition for partners.

Partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Comply with all applicable employment, education, advertising, and immigration regulations
  • Not engage in discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful practices

AIS Warehouse LLC is not liable for actions or decisions made by partner organizations.

4. Services We Provide

4.1 Job Recruitment Tools

We offer a platform where users can view opportunities and be connected to employers. AIS Warehouse does not employ job seekers and is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.

4.2 Student Placement Support

We help match students with educational institutions but do not guarantee admission, scholarship approval, or program acceptance.

4.3 Immigration Referral

We connect users to licensed immigration professionals. AIS Warehouse does not:

  • Provide immigration advice;
  • Prepare immigration applications; or
  • Represent clients in immigration matters.

All immigration services are provided solely by licensed professionals.

4.4 Educational Resources

Informational content is general in nature and does not constitute legal, immigration, or professional advice.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or provide false information;
  • Impersonate another person or entity;
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content; or
  • Attempt to bypass system protections or access data unlawfully.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

6. Employer & Partner Responsibilities

Employers, institutions, and partners using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;
  • Follow all applicable labor, immigration, and consumer protection laws; and
  • Not engage in unfair, discriminatory, or unlawful hiring practices.

AIS Warehouse is not responsible for actions or decisions made by employers or partners.

7. No Legal, Employment, or Immigration Guarantees

AIS Warehouse does not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes;
  • Study program acceptance;
  • Visa or immigration approvals; or
  • Response times from employers, institutions, or immigration professionals.

All decisions are made independently by third-party organizations.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our platform may link to external websites or third-party services. AIS Warehouse is not responsible for:

  • Content on external sites;
  • Actions of third-party service providers; or
  • Fees charged by external professionals.

Your interactions with third parties are at your own discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AIS Warehouse—including text, graphics, branding, and materials—is owned by AIS Warehouse LLC or used with permission. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIS Warehouse LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including:

  • Loss of employment opportunities;
  • Admission rejections;
  • Visa denials;
  • Financial loss; or
  • Data breach caused by third parties.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

All information provided through AIS Warehouse is offered “as is” andfor informational purposes only. We do not:

  • Guarantee accuracy or completeness;
  • Provide professional, legal, or immigration advice; or
  • Guarantee the availability of any opportunity listed on the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior. You may discontinue your use of the platform at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
